As the cruise made its way to Soufriere the famous Pitons of St Lucia came into view. The steep Pitons on the outskirts of Soufriere are what make St. Lucia famous. Just about any picture you see of St. Lucia will have the famed Pitons in them. Soufriere was a small seaside city which was close proximity to the Gros Piton and Sulpher Springs.
