Once we were on board we quickly came to recognize some of the people who had been at the cocktail hour the night before. As we headed south, we hung out and got to know the two couples.

One of the couples was from New Jersey (sitting in the middle). I never came to know the name of the woman, but the man's name was James. James was a funny guy. He didn't really like the sun much, so he hung out with me a little inside the boat while his wife sat on the deck of the boat soaking up the sun. James and his wife won a sunset cruise at the cocktail hour.

The second couple was from Haverhill (sitting to the left). There names were Ken and Melissa. Ken went to school at UMass Lowell before it was called UMass Lowell, graduating three or four years before Lori and I. Ken and Melissa won a horse back riding adventure at the cocktail hour. It looks like we were all winners!
