when i arrived at new york street on tuesday night there were no crowds, and a lot less water. i pulled over next to one of the still flooded condos and got out. i could see a couple of ladies walking over someone's lawn to get around the water that remained in the street. it looked like i had a real shot of getting to the house.

one thing worth noting. in the middle of this picture you can see a mini van. as far as i could tell, the minivan was DOA. there was nobody in it, and it didn't move the entire time i was there on tuesday night.
