the riverwalk under water

as the river rushed by you could see large pieces of debris and small trees cruise by in the murky water.

the water level was just a few feet short of pouring through the windows at the boott mills. the riverwalk, which stretches from the boot mills up to the boot hydro plant up at university ave was completely submerged. this pic shows the water near the top of one of the gates to the riverwalk.
