living in lowell most of my adult life, i've come to know that you can build anywhere in this city.

for years i've been disgusted with the turn your back attitude of the city planners as one disastrous development after another goes up. i site the condos in this picture as one such example, but really there are dozens... the houses next to the elks club on old ferry road... the new condo's next to the YMCA... the condos planned for development at burbeck's ice cream... the sinking condos on angle street...
